Our location was perfect on time apart from taking us for sightseeing, enjoyed it. The rooms were beautifully maintained with good view, you feel like home...

Reasonably spacious and very specious room, a shower, fresh towels, and slippers in the room.

Great location close to the city center, Jetty, and Chatham Island, but might be noisy. 🌊 Lots of delicious food options available.

This was a really great stay at value for money. Location: the hotel was near Haddo Wharf which falls pretty close to main locations and the island and a quiet area. Furthermore, in the morning flight. Booked a room with good view. Had a shower, towels, and slippers in the bathroom.

The location was peaceful - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. the staff was really helpful during all the time. Beautifully maintained room with a great view. Great value for money.

The Seaview Residency offered clean rooms, close to the airport. the staff was helpful and humble. From the Sea View rooms, we enjoyed clear sunsets and sunrises. the hotel also provided free airport pick up.

I did not want to leave there, so would be happy to recommend this hotel. the venue's location was marvelous close to the sea. It was also really close to the Airport, Havelock Island, and the ferry for Havelock.

The Seaview Residency had a charming decor that brought a sense of warmth and coziness to the hotel. The beautiful artwork and intricate detailing in the common areas gave a touch of elegance. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible with well-maintained elevators and ramps, making it convenient for me to move around without any difficulties.

One thing that could have made my vacation even better as a senior woman would be having more assistance from the staff. Although the children working there were polite, a dedicated concierge or assistance specifically for senior guests would have been helpful in ensuring a smoother and more comfortable stay.

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable. the staff, specially the manager Vijay bhaiya, are very courteous. Booked a room with exceptional views of the sea. the hotel has a great and beautiful location, far away from the market place.

Great location - it's super close to the port! The room was really clean and spacious, and the bed was so comfy. Plus, it had a private bathroom. 🌟

We had a wonderful stay at Seaview Residency Bed & Breakfast. the room was spacious and offered a beautiful view of the sea. the staff went above and beyond to assist us, even carrying our luggage up and down the stairs. They were also kind enough to provide us with a room for a late check-out at no extra cost. the food prepared by their cook was absolutely delicious, especially the fish. We enjoyed all of our meals at the hotel. the shared dining area on each floor was a great opportunity to meet other travelers. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. Cons: Can't fault anything about it! 😄.

The view of Ross Island from the balcony was simply breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed the evenings, as the wind blew gently while we admired the stunning scenery. The location of the hotel was ideal, providing us with easy access to all the attractions. We were truly impressed by the care and hospitality shown by the staff, especially Mr Chinmoy, who took great care of us during our stay. The cleanliness of the entire property was commendable, and the staff's behavior towards the guests was exceptional.

For dads, it would be great to have a dedicated play area for children.
